Lindsey has been part of Bill Squires Business Coaching since the beginning. After 12 years working in Human Resources as HR director for both start-ups through to large multinational corporations, Lindsey joined Bill to head up our sales and marketing.

Lindsey is a consummate people person and the champion of the BSBC Community. What this means is that she is both instrumental in attracting new clients in need of coaching and ensuring that you have the best experience once you are in the BSBC Community, through connecting you with others and spotting opportunities. Lindsey is the events and training lead, ensuring you are aware of and attending those most relevant to you. In addition, she is chief cheerleader, shouting about your successes and our successes from the roof tops.

When not at work, Lindsey can be found out and about with her husband, Mark, and son, James, in her garden or playing sport (particularly running, hockey and tennis). A keen horse-rider, Lindsey is hoping to get back in the saddle this year.

Rachel WOODS

Rachel has been a business coach and coaches coach since 2011 and has extensive experience in growing businesses.

Having taken several IT and Life Science business from start-up to IPO Rachel knows the journey many business owners make.

When not working you will find Rachel exploring the Somerset countryside and sampling the cider whenever she can!

Joanna FERGUSON

Creative Executive PA

Joanna is the most recent addition to the team bringing over 15 years of administrative experience to ensure the office remains as organised and efficient as possible as we continue to grow. Joanna has worked in a range of industries supporting executives and their teams at the highest level both in the UK and also during her 8 years living and working in the Middle East.

Joanna is delighted to be supporting businesses in her hometown and surrounding areas; she will be in regular contact with the BSBC community as the first point of contact ready to help, make sure you’re prepared for each coaching session, and to celebrate successes and milestones.

Joanna is married with 3 young daughters who take up nearly all her of time outside work. With the free time she does get she enjoys catching up with her friends for a drink, listening to her favourite rock music, and is attempting some new hobbies such as gardening and DIY.
