Lindsey BROCKLESBY

Lindsey has been part of Bill Squires Business Coaching since the beginning. After 12 years working in Human Resources in start-ups through to large multinational corporations (as well as a variety of other roles in sales and marketing!), she joined Bill to help build our coaching business, supporting business owners across Yorkshire.
Lindsey is a consummate people person and the champion of the BSBC Community. What this means is that she is both instrumental in attracting new clients in need of coaching, walking them through our On Boarding Process, and ensuring that they have the best experience once in the BSBC Community.
When not at work, Lindsey can be found out and about with her husband, Mark, and son, James, building their dreams in the Yorkshire Dales.

Angela Smithson
Executive PA
Angela is our Executive PA and has a financial services, legal and logistics/ operations background. She has worked in various industry sectors including hospitality, entertainment, banking, travel, legal services (conveyancing) and chemicals. She was also logistics and operations manager for a British Superbike team.
She brings versatility and adaptability to the team alongside previous PA and secretarial experience to keep the cogs turning in the machine. Vast experience supporting key personnel with high-stress and high-profile careers and she prides herself in being accurate, assertive and a great multi-tasker.
You will find her very approachable and accommodating.

Roger has been an ActionCoach since 2007, and a coaches coach since 2016, helping over 250 businesses grow their profits and value in that time. Having worked with business owners from all business sectors, Roger has come to realise that his role is to grow the business owner and let them grow the business.
Roger relocated his coaching practice to Chester in late 2020 and when not working spends his time playing golf, cycling, walking his dog Molly and supporting Liverpool Football Club.

Lindsey BROCKLESBY

Lindsey has been part of Bill Squires Business Coaching since the beginning. After 12 years working in Human Resources as HR director for both start-ups through to large multinational corporations, Lindsey joined Bill to head up our sales and marketing.
Lindsey is a consummate people person and the champion of the BSBC Community. What this means is that she is both instrumental in attracting new clients in need of coaching and ensuring that you have the best experience once you are in the BSBC Community, through connecting you with others and spotting opportunities. Lindsey is the events and training lead, ensuring you are aware of and attending those most relevant to you. In addition, she is chief cheerleader, shouting about your successes and our successes from the roof tops.
When not at work, Lindsey can be found out and about with her husband, Mark, and son, James, in her garden or playing sport (particularly running, hockey and tennis). A keen horse-rider, Lindsey is hoping to get back in the saddle this year.
