When you’re considering buying something, you want to know the approximate price of it before you do any further research. We know this applies when considering investing in business coaching – you want to know how much it costs and what drives the price up or down.
Firstly, it’s important to understand what you’re paying for. With us, you’re paying for our time, skills, contacts and community (to join a group of like-minded business owners keen to support each other in reaching their goals). Secondly, several factors influence the cost of business coaching. If you have more frequent sessions with Bill and the team, the price will increase (but you achieve your goals quicker – providing you put in the work). Thirdly, if you’d prefer to have 1 on 1 sessions (as opposed to being coached in a group setting), this will make the price higher.
We have a wide range of coaching services, so no matter where you are on your business journey, as long as you have a good business (or business idea) and want to build it into a GREAT one, there’s a place for you as part of our community.
The types of business coaching
1 to 1 business coaching
How much does 1 to 1 business coaching cost?
- £1500 for fortnightly sessions, equal to two hours a month.
- £2000 for weekly coaching, equal to four hours a month (to reach your goals faster).
- If you have a larger business, invest £5000 for weekly coaching sessions with Bill for the business owner/managing director and your senior management team.
- In all instances, Bill is accessible outside of coaching sessions and is available to help you in reactive situations.
What are the benefits of 1 to 1 business coaching?
When you choose to be coached on a 1 to 1 basis, you discuss your exact goals and identify the challenges you will need to overcome.
If you engage with the coaching the way Laura from LFH Regulatory has, you’ll be able to see these types of tangible results…
Laura and the team at LFH Regulatory have experienced growth (in terms of year-on-year revenue) of 130% from 2022 to 2023, and it’s not just a one-off – from 2021 to 2022, they achieved growth of 108%!
Initially, Laura intended to be a sole trader, but because of her and her team’s hard work, expertise and commitment to coaching, LFH Regulatory is now a team of eight and growing and has exceeded Laura’s expectations!
Here’s what Laura has to say about her coaching journey so far…
“Working with Bill and the team, the progress I’ve made with my business has been invaluable. I’ve done more than I ever would have done with the business, and I wouldn’t have necessarily gone in the direction I have if I didn’t have Bill’s help.
When you have your own business, you don’t have someone to talk to about what is going on (as you would if you had a manager), but Bill has completely filled that space and holds me accountable for what I’m doing.
Whilst my expertise is in the technical field, Bill has supported me to become a better leader of my team and he’s acted as a life coach too! And it’s not just about the coaching, it’s about the great vetted introductions he makes too.
At first, I admit I was sceptical about the cost of coaching, but having worked with Bill for over a year, it is very apparent the value he’s added to me, the team and LFH Regulatory.”
A huge congratulations to Laura and her team – their success is a testament to their hard work!
With 1 to 1 coaching, we have a steadfast guarantee: your gross profit will increase by more than your investment in business coaching. If you do weekly coaching, this is applicable after six months, whereas if you do fortnightly coaching, this will be the case after a year. If your gross profits haven’t increased by more than your investment in business coaching after the relevant timeframe, we will refund the difference OR coach for free until it does. You must complete all of the actions agreed in your coaching sessions for this guarantee to apply. No one has ever had to claim against this guarantee in our 4 years of business coaching. Why? Because we only work with people we know are committed to making their business GREAT! We work with people willing to do the work – which is why we have such a meticulous onboarding process to check we’re the right fit for each other, get in touch to find out more.
Group coaching
How much does group business coaching cost?
There are two types of group coaching available depending on the size of your business and the resources you have available i.e., do you have a team you can delegate work to or are you having to focus on operations as well as developing your business? The answer to this will determine which group you join.
BusinessCLUB– if you have a team to delegate work to, you’ll join the weekly BusinessCLUB group, allowing you time to focus on working on the business.
£500 a month – up to four business owners are involved in these group sessions (the price is the cost of weekly coaching divided by four).
MentorCLUB– If you do not have a team to delegate work to (so will need to do work on the business as well as delivering for clients), this bi-weekly MentorCLUB coaching session is for you.
£375 a month – there are also up to four business owners involved in these group sessions (the price is the cost of fortnightly coaching divided by four).
What are the benefits of group business coaching?
When you become part of a coaching group, you are surrounded by like-minded business owners who are in a similar place, on a similar journey to you. It’s a group of people to network with, support, motivate and relate to, and we’re proud of the many successes business owners have had through our group coaching sessions. Paul Addy from Positive People HR joined our MentorCLUB, and here’s what he had to say about his experience…
He contacted us because his business was doing well, but he wanted it to be doing better.
The most significant benefit Paul has seen so far is that he is more focused, has clearer objectives, and knows what improvements need to be made from his coaching sessions. This has enabled him to make changes to his sales process, and from this, he’s now converting 65% of leads from different sources. Congratulations Paul! We’ve seen him and Positive People HR achieve great things and can’t wait to see them get even better.
Quarterly Coaching Sessions
What is the cost of quarterly coaching sessions?
Our 90-Day Planning Workshops are a group of business owners that meet, set goals and plan how to action these goals for the next quarter. This costs £295 if paid quarterly or save some money and pay £995 annually (includes breakfast and lunch during the session!).
Come and see the benefits of our 90-Day Planning Workshop for yourself, just £99 for your first session!
One of the biggest things we get feedback on from the 90-Day planning session is the mutual support from the other business owners and the networking that occurs throughout the morning. It’s a session where Bill will facilitate a 90-day planning process, but it is also a community of like-minded business owners sharing their wins, best practices and how they’ve overcome hurdles.
Here’s what some attendees had to say about the sessions…
- “It’s time out to force me to think about my business” – Mark Barlow, Logic Architecture
- “It provides the opportunity to discuss my plans with other likeminded business owners” – Matt Lech, Floor Design Whetherby
- “It’s the chance to pause and plan, and of course the networking!” – Rory Mason, 21 Degrees Digital
Want to find the right coaching session for you?
As part of our Onboarding Process, we like to ensure that we’re the right business coach for you and that you’re the right fit for us. During this process, we’ll explore the answers to the following questions…
- Is business coaching right for you?
- Is Bill the right business coach?
- Are you ready to be coached? (I.e., do you have the capacity to work on the business rather than in it. Do you have the time to do different types of activity, such as looking at marketing and finances differently?).
Book a call for a no-obligation chat where we can learn more about you, and if we both feel like it’s a match – we’ll explore which coaching option is right for you and your business.
